About Kimberley Development

Iowa’s Premier Luxury Home Builder Crafting Custom & Move-In Ready Homes in Central Iowa Since 1978

Quality Foundation & Bright Future

In 1978, Bill Kimberley set out to build homes in the Des Moines metro that met the needs of families in the area.

It was a simple concept—what other builders considered extras and add-ons, Kimberley Development would consider the standard.
